Privacy information
This notice covers the Rose Point Advisors client portal and its integrated planning websites.
Google sign-in
We use Google to verify your identity. The portal stores your verified email address and Google account identifier to recognize your account and apply the access Jeremy assigns. It does not receive your Google password or request access to your Gmail, Drive, or Calendar.
Microsoft work-account sign-in
Microsoft verifies work and school accounts. The portal stores your Microsoft organization and permanent account identifiers, display name, and account email claim. First-time Microsoft invitation requests require administrator approval. We do not use a matching email claim alone to authorize access or link your Microsoft and Google accounts. We do not request access to your mail, files, contacts, or calendar, or receive your Microsoft password.
Portal information
The portal stores client-site permissions, invitations, saved planning data, and a record of sign-ins, invitations, access changes, and plan edits. We use this information to operate the portal, control access, and identify changes. Invitation links expire after seven days.
Cookies and storage
Essential cookies maintain your signed-in session and protect the sign-in process. Sessions expire after eight hours. The planner uses browser storage for display preferences and, for editors, a local copy of the plan. Invitation acceptance uses temporary session storage. This portal does not include advertising or analytics trackers.
Service providers and access
Google and Microsoft provide identity verification. Render hosts the portal and its stored information in the United States. Access to client planning information is limited by the permissions assigned in the portal. Hosting administrators can manage the service and its storage. Revoking a client's access removes their active sessions and site permissions; it does not automatically erase historical records.
